I found the staff to be very happy to help and the coffee-making facilities in the room added a nice touch for my mornings, making it all the better to take a relaxing stroll to nearby spots like Bute Park, which is just about 2.5 km away, and the iconic Cardiff Bay that's only a short walk away as well. while I appreciated the cleanliness, it could be more convenient to have a bedside lamp for easier reading at night.

The room was surprisingly clean and tidy. I found the shared bathroom to be quite a nuisance, especially with limited availability when needed.

location was amazin, just a short walk to the city and station. the room was super clean and the bed was really comfy. plus, got my own shower and toilet which was a nice surprise. quiet spot so no noise at night and the staff were really friendly, even had a cute dog around! great value for money, can't believe how cheap it was!
